Beautifully Inscribed by Mrs Boyle to John Murray the publisher on the front endpaper, dd Jan. 31, 1887, it is also signed on endpaper by Wifrid Blunt, June 8 1953, the author of the Art of Botanical Illustration in the New Naturalist Series . Illustrated, translucent, brown onion-skin d/jkt; rather worn - backstrip missing. Plain off-white thick card wrappers, worn; spine worn, stitched binding exposed - binding intact, but needs careful handling. Prose and poetry anthology.; 8vo ( 5" x 7"); 274 pages; Signed by Author

Stitiched binding intact, but a little frail. 12 monochrome plates, all present; all but one plates have tissue guards, which are discoloured, but this hasn't affected the plate below.
